DonaGram provides user to create profiles to post content, information, share pre-loved baby and children’s items through text post, photo, video, poll and GIF options. user can add user, send message, comments on post.
DonaGram also provides advertisement from Partner’s separately based on the local need of the user. Through DonaGram, advertiser can advertise their products focusing on individual user and they will provide easy solution to communicate with each user. DonaGram will not provide any information regarding any products, any offers and other information to any user.
Advertiser who are partner with DonaGram will be allowed to showcase their products, offers and other information to user. DonaGram will not allow any exchange of money or other things which are equivalent to money between user and advertiser. DonaGram is providing a platform where advertiser and user connects each other and share information which will be useful to both of advertiser and user.
Use of DonaGram and its products and services are completely free to use. Partners ( Organisations, local brands, shops, dealers, value added seller, small scale business) pay us for giving advertisement for their products and services in DonaGram.
We don’t sell any personal data to Partner’s and also we don’t share your
Information to Partner’s or anybody else which revels your name, email id or any other contact information.
Who can use Schoolmory:
Those who has completed 13 years of age, can register in DonaGram and user our products and services.
User must provide true information regarding their Name, Email address, and other information during registration in DonaGram.
Partner also must provide authentic information and advertisement in DonaGram platform.
Total control of using this DonaGram will be in the hand of every user. User can post & share information, discussion, etc. to any user or all the user in DonaGram.
With this terms of service, you agree the we can delete you photos, documents, or any other information shared by you and if its found spam by other user and if it violates terms of service and community policy. We will share you the same through mail.
DonaGram Content provided by you:
You agree that whatever contents you provide, its your own content. You are also agree that you are not copying any content from outside or from DonaGram and use it in DonaGram as your content. You also agree that your content does not violate any privacy rights, copyrights, contractual rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or any user inside DonaGram or outside DonaGram.
When you share post any photos, document, information, discussion that is covered by intellectual property rights on or in connection with our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content.
Here are the things you are not really allowed to post anywhere on DonaGram:
▪ Fake or fraudulent content (i.e. scams)
▪ Anything illegal (drugs, kiddie porn, etc.)
▪ Hateful, defamatory, or pornographic content
▪ Software that allows auto-posting to DonaGram
▪ Bulk telephone numbers
▪ Spam
▪ Malware
If you do post any of the above, DonaGram will delete it immediately. And even if you don’t post any of the above, DonaGram reserves the right to remove or modify any posts it likes.
Updating Terms & Conditions:
We are continuously trying to modify and build new feature to improve our DonaGram which will be more easy to use our product and services. So, we need to modify, change and update terms & conditions from time to time. We will also inform you for any changes in terms & conditions in the form of email. By continuous using our product and services, you agree with new terms & conditions.
If you do not agree with Terms & Conditions of DonaGram, you will not be allowed to use any products and services in DonaGram. You can also delete your account at any time.
Limitation on liability:
DonaGram will not be liable to you for any loss of data, or any damage by using of any advertisement in DonaGram.
